Festus is the ring name of professional wrestler Andrew William Hankinson, who was born on December 22, 1983, in Tennessee, United States. He is best known for his time in WWE, where he competed from 2007 to 2009.

Festus made his WWE debut in 2007 as the tag team partner of Jesse, known as Jesse and Festus. The pair had a unique gimmick where Festus would only "wake up" and become an unstoppable force in the ring when the bell rang. Outside of the ring, Festus was portrayed as a mentally challenged individual who was easily distracted and childlike.

During his time in WWE, Festus had notable feuds with teams like The Miz and John Morrison, as well as The Edgeheads (Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder). He also briefly held the WWE Tag Team Championship with Jesse.

After his WWE release in 2009, Festus continued to wrestle on the independent circuit under the ring name Luke Gallows. He had success in various promotions, including New Japan Pro-Wrestling and Impact Wrestling, before returning to WWE in 2016 as part of The Club stable.
